RULES

Note: The rules apply to everyone, including the admins. I’ve been on many sites that the admin thinks they are above the rules, but nobody here is. Follow the rules.
Out of Character
1. Respect the admins. This is always the first rule on sites and it is a good rule. Don’t cuss at us, or anyone for that matter, just because something doesn’t go your way.
2. Must be 13 or older to join. Not my rule, but proboard policy.
3. Respect the other members. No fighting or cursing outside of character. That is something we will not tolerate here. If you have a problem with another member then do not talk to him/her. Stop R/Ping with them if you wish. If someone is bothering you over PM;s then please contact an admin about it.
4. No chat speak in or out of character. LoL is fine, most people knows what that means, but nothing other than that. It is hard to read for some people, and it looks very unprofessional.
5. No degrading language or remarks of any kind out of character.
6. Keep out of characterness for the out of character boards. If you must do an out of character in post please make sure the other person knows it is out of character and keep it to a minimal.
7. Don’t beg for special powers.
Graphics
1. Signatures must not stretch the board. The normal size for a signature is 500X 200, please do not go over that. Avatars are 100X100. The little graphics for posts are not to stretch the board and cannot be too long. No larger than a signature.
2. No nudity or obscene phrases in your signature. No explanation needed here, explains itself.
3. After you make you are accepted, go to face claim and claim what celeb you want to portray your character. If you do not do this and someone else takes it you will be asked to change yours. It doesn’t matter if the person is new and you have been on the site for weeks, if you do not post in face claim then that celeb is up for grabs and you will have to change.
4. Animation and pop-outs are all right as long as they fit the signature standards.
In-Character
1. After reading the rules and plot you must fill out an Introduction Form before doing anything. You will find this HERE.
2. Do not leave your name as harrypotter29 or newperson. Change it to whatever character you are in and make sure it starts with a capital later. Example: Brein Danvers and not brein danvers.
3. Use correct grammar and spelling. Little grammar errors aren’t that bad, but there is a spell check at the bottom of the posting center, so please use it.
4. There is a word count rule for each rank.
Beginners - Try to get at least 100 words.
Intermediate - 300
Advanced - 550+
5. If you aren’t sure that you should be R/Ping with someone that isn’t in the same rank as you, please check there introduction and see what they prefer.
6. Mark threads that are rated higher than PG-13. Now I know a thread can get swept up and you don’t know where it is going to lead, but you can always go back and change it.
7. It takes time to form a relationship, so give it time. Don’t just rush into something.
8. No Mary-Sues. Nobody is perfect, why try to be? It is no fun trying to role play with someone that is perfect. It is really annoying.
9. Don’t post until you are accepted. Your post will be deleted if you do.
10. Beginners cannot apply got cannons.
